Daniel M. Coton graduated from the University of Florida with his law degree and an undergraduate degree in finance. He practices in the Florida state courts and the federal court of the Middle District of Florida. Coton holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
James C. Davis, II earned a bachelor’s degree in business with minors in criminology and economics from the University of Florida. From the University of Florida Levin College of Law he later received his Juris Doctor. Davis has also been admitted as a member of the Florida Bar.
Robert is the firm’s senior lawyer and the son of John R. Trinkle who founded the firm in 1928. He graduated from Indiana University and the University of Michigan Law School. Robert concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and real estate.
